Complete Screen
The Complete Screen requires blood and urine samples to detect a range of infections that are more commonly transferred between men who sleep with men. Our Complete Screen includes testing for harmful blood borne infections such as HIV, Hepatitis B and Syphilis, as well as common STIs such as Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea and Mycoplasma.
Confidence Screen
Better2Know’s Confidence Screen combines the tests available in our Complete Screen with throat and rectal swabs for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea. You will be required to provide blood, urine and swab samples for fast, accurate analysis. This thorough screening option will give you peace of mind regarding your sexual health status.
Conclusive Screen
The Conclusive Screen is available less than a month after you last had sex. The screen will require blood, swab and urine samples to detect ten infections which are commonly transferred between gay men and men who sleep with men. The Conclusive Screen includes all the infections tested for in the Full Screen, as well as Herpes I/II, HPV and Hepatitis C.
Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea Swabs
Better2Know also provides swab testing of the throat and rectum to identify Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea infections that may be located in those areas. So, if you have engaged in oral or anal sex, or have symptoms such as a sore throat or rectal discomfort, our expert clinicians can perform a simple swab test to ascertain if you have infection in that area.
